To provide communities in the High Plains RC&D Area with opportunities for solving local natural resource and community needs by providing leadership, information, education and support through a network of partnerships.

The High Plains Resource Conservation and Development Area, Inc., is partially funded by the United States Department of Agriculture and adheres to the discrimination policy of the USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service.
